Is there any age or license restriction to book a car?
You will need be at least 21 years old and hold a full driving license to book a car. Probationary license holders will not be able to rent a car.
What are my payment options?
When you book online, you have the option to pay with all major debit and credit cards.
If you are a walk-in customer at one of Paradise’s locations, you have the option to pay with a credit/debit card via the payment terminal.
Cash payment is not accepted.
What is included in the insurance?
All our vehicles are covered by insurance for unlimited liability for death or injury to third parties, while property damage liability is covered up to RM3 million.

What if something happens to the car (damage, loss or theft)?
You will need to immediately report any damage, loss or theft of the rented vehicle to the Paradise Rent A Car breakdown assist team at 012-590 4207.
Can I return the car at a different location?
At the moment, you will only be able to return the car at our KL downtown location on Jalan Ampang.
What happens if the car breakdown?

Can you deliver and/or pick up the car?
Yes, we can. We deliver within 10km from the office location. There will be a RM50 delivery fee. You can also opt for the car to be picked-up at the end of the rental for an additional RM50.
When you book online, you can choose the appropriate delivery and pick-up options as an add-on.
What do I need to pick up my car?
Kindly bring along the credential documents that you used to book the car:
Malaysian I/C or passport
and your driving license (and the International Driving Permit for non-Malaysian driving license holder).
As well as your booking confirmation e-mail (no need to print out).
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A booking deposit of RM300 (daily/weekly rental) and RM1,000 (monthly rental) will be required at the point of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded shall there be no additional charges required (i.e. summons, damage excess charges, etc).
When will my deposit or refund be processed?
Your booking deposit or any eligible refund will be deposited to your nominated bank account within 30 days. Some summons will take 2-3 weeks to appear on the system, hence the 30 days timeline for refund.
What is a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?
All rentals come with a standard (third party) hire and drive insurance.
If you get into a collision involving a third party, there will be a damage excess (maximum amount you will be liable to pay) payment of RM3,000 (daily/weekly rental) and RM5,000 (monthly rental).
You can take up a CDW as an add-on to reduce the damage excess to RM1,000 (daily/weekly rental) and RM2,500 (monthly rental) respectively. CDW is priced at RM35/day for daily booking and RM400/month for monthly bookings.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policy is as follows:
1 day or less prior to booking start: No refund
More than 1 day prior to booking start: Refund of 50% of total booking amount
Can I extend my booking?

Can someone else drive the car?
The rented vehicle should only be driven by the person who made the booking. Do note that any insurance coverage may be void should the rented vehicle be driven by a different person.
Should you have more than 1 person driving the car, please register the ID and Driving License of the additional driver with us prior to the start of your rental.
Can I drive the rented vehicle into Singapore or Thailand?
No. The rented vehicle can only be driven within Peninsular Malaysia.
Is there a mileage limit?
The Saga, Bezza and Exora typically comes with unlimited mileage. Other models may have a mileage limitation that our customer support team will highlight to you or it will be displayed during your online booking process.
Where are your pickup and return locations?
At the moment, you will only be able to return the car at our KL downtown location at Jalan Ampang.
What is the difference between short-term and long-term rentals?
Short term rental is charged based on a daily and weekly rate. Long term rentals are rentals ranging from a month to a year that is charged on a monthly rate basis.
What is the minimum booking duration?
The minimum booking duration is a day.
What is included in my booking?
Your booking will include exclusive use of the car during the stated rental period, as well as mileages, wear and tear of the car, and 3rd party insurance coverage.
